Key Real Estate Agent

Licensed agents and Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) with broker level training. Understands the probate process thoroughly and has over twenty years experience as a full time professional. Creates the strategic marketing and sales plan for the estate real assets. Negotiates and reviews all offers to insure the highest price to the estate. Manages the other professionals in the transaction – title attorney, buyer’s agent, appraiser, mortgage loan officer, and others.

Support Real Estate Agents

Work directly with the Key Agent to make sure that the strategic marketing and sale plans are carried out to the letter. They respond to the daily inquires so that no lead is wasted. They support and enhance the marketing, sales, and closing efforts of the Key Agent.

Support Office Assistants

Maintains all real estate files and handles administrative duties for the office. We require 2-4 years of experience in the field and familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be computer savvy. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish team goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor/ manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
